Let Me Introduce Myself
Hi! My name is Ty Keffalas (NMLS: 881664), Founder of Central Avenue Capital. I started Central Avenue Capital due to my experiences of working for various banks as a Commercial Lender.
I recall many situations where I couldn't get my clients approved through the bank I worked for after courting their business for many years. What an embarrassment it was to beg for a client's business only to decline their request.
In many cases, I ended up calling other lenders to see if they could help my client because I knew they would be a great client for another lender.
My goal has been to help business owners and investors find the right lenders to help them, whether it's to find the lowest rate, a better structure, a lender personality fit, or a lender that can grow with them.

As a former Commercial Lender who has worked for various size banks, we understand the pricing models used by many banks, along with their risk rating methods, credit policies, etc. We also know how to negotiate with the banks to help our clients obtain the best terms available.
We typically prefer shopping the loan requests with local banks and credit unions so our clients can build a relationship with the lender. If the client would prefer lenders outside the local market, we can do that as well.
